The heart of northern California, San Francisco is home to the stunning Golden Gate Bridge. Walking or cycling across the bridge is a must-do while in town and a wonderful way to see the city from another perspective.

The best way to travel San Fran is by cable car. The city is well known for these historic vehicles which link two of the city’s most popular attractions, Union Square’s magnificent shopping district, and Fisherman’s Wharf, where you can spend hours absorbing the atmosphere of waterfront food and entertainment. From the wharf you can access Alcatraz Island – one of the world’s most infamous prisons, with tours that will have shivers running up your spine! Also, be sure to check out Lombard Street - the crookedest street in the world.
For school teams there are plenty of games available in the area, while getting to a Warriors NBA or St Mary’s college game is always a highlight for tour groups.
The city by the bay has plenty to offer tour groups with its unique attractions and sporting events.
