Public Transport: The iRide Trolley in Orlando is excellent for Universal Studios. Otherwise not recommended other in other locations 

Charter/Self Drive: Self drive is recommended for groups playing games, charter coach to and from airport for sightseeing groups

Beaches as far as they can see, warm waters, enticing wilderness --- Florida is a tropical paradise. Soak up the sun on one of the many beaches, travel through the Florida Keys to the southern most point of the continental USA or adventure through the Everglades with an airboat ride, gliding over the water past alligators, flamingos and other exotic wildlife.

If you're more of a thrill seeker, visit one of the many theme parks on offer in Orlando. Walt Disney World offers four theme parks including the ever popular Epcot, while Universal Studios has two themeparks including a themed Harry Potter - Islands of Adventure. Both Disney and Universal also have water parks on offer, if your after something a little different head to Busch Gardens for some of the best rides in Florida or SeaWorld to get up close with dolphins and alike.

 

​​After a couple of days themepark hopping, some retail therapy might be in order: Load up on the latest fashions, and Nike and Under Armour gear. Add a little science into your tour with a day at NASA's Kennedy Space Centre where you can get up close to the space shuttle. 

Sports play a key role in the sunshine state, head to a college hoops game at a top college such as Miami, Florida State or the University of Florida Gators, get up close to the action of an NBA game a Heat or Magic game of check out the thrill and excitement American football at one of the three NFL teams on show. 

Florida is bubbling with things to do, there is plenty of basketball on offer for Australian school teams just make sure you leave enough time between games to enjoy this ultimate beach and themepark destination
